This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services purchased from DigiBelief Private Limited ("DigiBelief", "we", "us"). By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to the terms below.

Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made within 5–7 working days from the date the refund process is initiated.
A refund is issued only when the promised result is not delivered by the company within its committed (last) date.
All approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.
No refund will be processed while a service is still running, or for any unwanted, invalid or change-of-mind reason.

Cancellation Policy

50% of the total payment will be deducted if a service is cancelled while it is already running.
Cancellation requests must be made before the service or product is delivered, or within 2 days of the purchase date.
A valid and genuine reason is required for the cancellation of any service.

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us on WhatsApp at 077610 02408 or email DigiBeliefOnlineServices@gmail.com with your order details and reason. Our team will review eligible requests and respond as quickly as possible.

DigiBelief works on third-party platforms such as YouTube and Google AdSense, whose final decisions and timelines are outside our control. Where a result depends on such a platform's review, our commitment is limited to completing the agreed work genuinely and on time. This policy may be updated from time to time; the latest version will always be available on this page.
